October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an important opportunity to increase awareness of breast cancer, promote early detection and encourage individuals to take a proactive approach to their breast health.
At New Norfolk Health Centre, we recognise the importance of regular breast health awareness and encourage members of our community to participate in recommended screening programs and seek medical advice if they notice any unusual changes or symptoms.
Throughout October, we also acknowledge those affected by breast cancer, including individuals currently undergoing treatment, survivors, and the families and loved ones who support them.
If you have concerns about your breast health or would like further information about breast cancer screening and early detection, our General Practitioners are available to provide advice and support.
Appointments can be booked online or by contacting the practice directly.
As part of our clinical team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the effective day-to-day operation of our Urgent Care services.
If you are ready to bring your nursing experience to a dynamic Urgent Care environment, we encourage you to apply via the link below.
